Collaborating as One Circet towards ambitious goals

Written by Roy Van Camp | Feb 26, 2025 10:15:51 am

The targets set by Operations are ambitious. In order to achieve them, collaborating as One Circet is crucial. Our Head of Operations Christopher Kyndt describes our ambitions for 2025 and shows us how the One Circet mindset has already led to successful projects.

"Every department is part of One Circet. So don't stay on your island; we can only move forward by working together ."                                                        – Christopher Kyndt

Our targets for 2025

  • 90,000 Fiber Build projects
  • 20.000 Home Connect-installations
  • 205.000 Home Activations
  • 1.300 Mobile-projects: swap or new sites
  • 100.000 digital meters  installed
  • Install 66% more electric charging stations, with 10,000 and 20,000 service and maintenance actions respectively

 One Circet in de practice

Christopher: "The targets for 2025 are fair, but we believe that as One Circet, we can make a difference, together with our customers and partners. The following projects prove how the One Circet mindset leads to ‘bigger and better things’:

  • The Design & Build team completed 10,238 Homes Connect Available connections for Unifiber. Great job!
  • The Permit & Signalling Team helps colleagues and teams who need permits or signalling for their projects. These 30 colleagues connect you with the right person for a smooth permit application.
  • Did you know our project engineers also work for Elia? The Belgian high-voltage grid operator mainly hires our services for pre-engineering and design. But because Elia is so happy with our services, we are poised to go to the next service level: we will become an end-to-end turnkey supplier for Elia and will carry out projects from A to Z.”

We work safely, or we don’t work

Christopher: “We must work with discipline in every department, and every incident is one too many. How do we create safe environments? By collaborating, making connections and communicating well with colleagues and other departments.”
