# Circet Italia Joins Forces with Tekna Servizi S.r.l.

To continue focusing on offering cutting-edge solutions to customers in an increasingly effective and innovative manner, Circet Italia today successfully completed the acquisition of Tekna Servizi S.r.l., a company specializing in the design, construction and maintenance of telecom networks and technology systems, based in Massa Martana, Perugia, Italy.
This operation represents a significant step forward in Circet Italia's growth strategy and further strengthens its position in mobile telephony and data center infrastructure. Tekna Servizi is known for its operational efficiency and technical expertise, and its acquisition will further enhance the services offered by Circet Italia.
Fabrizio Perletta, CEO of Circet Italia, commented: “We are happy to announce the acquisition of Tekna Servizi. This operation represents a major step forward that will significantly increase our presence in the market. About Tekna Servizi
Tekna Servizi was founded in 2011 when Angelo Sabatini, after twenty years of experience in the industry, decided to establish his own business. Tekna Servizi brings together highly skilled professionals in a lean and fast structure to respond to customer demands promptly, providing knowledge, tools, means, and resources to meet diverse needs. The company closed 2022 with a turnover of approximately 22 million euros and has around 110 employees.
