With the acquisition of KBE Energy, Circet strengthens its position in the renewable energy market in France.
This operation is part of Circet's ambition to actively participate in the energy transition by developing its expertise in the field of renewable energies, among other things.
Formed in 2006, KBE Energy offers engineering services specializing in photovoltaic roofs (solar panels) for parking lot canopies, agricultural, industrial and tertiary buildings. Based in Serres-Castets, near Pau in south-west France, the company is growing rapidly and recently opened a second branch near Aix-en-Provence (13) to extend its geographical coverage.
“The acquisition of KBE Energy gives Circet France a new foothold in the fast-growing renewable-energy market”, said João Martinho, head of the Energy Transition business unit of Circet France. “We are delighted to welcome Eric Dubois and the entire KBE Energy team to Circet to support them in this new stage of their development.”
Eric Dubois, CEO of KBE Energy, is similarly enthusiastic: “This is an important milestone for KBE Energy and all our employees. We are delighted to be joining a leading and innovative company like Circet. We look forward to contributing to Circet’s development in the field of renewable energies, by leveraging our photovoltaic expertise and know-how.”
